Round 2: My Favorite Products

I keep finding amazing products that I want to share with you!

Most of the time, I share them on my Instagram, but I thought I'd do a quick round up for you of my most recent discoveries.

If you haven’t yet downloaded my first edition of My Favorite Products, you can do so here.

Culina Yogurt

  • By far the best non-dairy yogurt I've ever tasted! Made with coconut milk, I went for the strawberry rose flavor, and as we all know, flavored yogurt does have sugar. But their plain yogurt does not have any sugar, and their yogurt is in these adorable reusable clay pots! You know, for your succulent collection.

Vital Proteins Beef Liver (affiliate link)

  • Y'all know how much I love Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (I LOVE it in my coffee, it adds such a wonderful thick, creaminess). And as much as I want to love liver, I just... can't. So I finally tried these liver capsules, and I do think they are helping with my energy levels. But what I really love is that I can get all the vitamins and minerals of liver without having to actually taste it.

Good Pop Popsicles

  • We’ve still got PLENTY of hot weather coming up in Texas, so lots of opportunities for popsicles! As an NTP, I have a really hard time at pool parties when the popsicles that are full of artificial dyes and flavors are being brought out.  So I make sure to bring these with me, so my daughter doesn’t have to miss out on the fun but also doesn’t have to consume Red 40.

Bubba's 'Nana Chips

  • I love snacks with clean ingredients!! This is my new go-to car snack, the best ingredients I’ve seen in a long time!

INGREDIENTS: Green Saba Bananas, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Nutritional Yeast, Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Black Pepper

EWG Healthy Living app

  • This app makes it so easy to check the toxicity level of your favorite skin care products.  Simply scan the barcode or look up the product in the app. The app gives the overall product a rating from 1 to 10, based on Allergy Concerns, Cancer Concerns, Developmental Concerns, etc. 1 is best and 10 is worst, and it’s easy to see because it also uses a green, yellow, red color system.  It’s fun to go through the store and scan the barcodes of your favorite products to see how they rate!  And also a great way to start swapping out some products so you can reduce your toxic burden.
