Healthier Summer Mocktails

If you are on the 30 Day Real Food Challenge, these mocktails are a great way to skip the booze and not feel left out of the party.

If you are not currently detoxing….Gin or Vodka would be great in most of these!

Elderberry Cocktail with Cassie Green’s Elderberry Syrup

This one is just downright HEALTHY.

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 3 parts kombucha, 1 part sparkling water, and about a tsp of Cassie Green’s Elderberry syrup

Serve over ice or strained into a martini glass!

Margarita Mocktail

  • 1 cup lime juice

  • 3/4 cup orange juice

  • Fresh limes and oranges, cut into wedges

  • Club Soda (1 bottle or a couple cans)

  • Course sea salt for rimming the glasses

  • Limes for garnish

  • Ice

In a small pitcher, muddle the lime and orange wedges. Add the lime juice and orange juice and mix well. Pour course salt onto a small plate. Use a lime wedge to wet the rims of 4 glasses, and dip into the salt. Fill each glass with ice. Pour lime juice mixture into each glass, fill halfway. Top each glass with club soda and garnish with a lime.

** If you want to add tequila, pour it in first, over the ice. Then add the lime juice mixture.

Strawberry Mint Coconut Mocktail

  • 6-8 fresh strawberries

  • 3-5 mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • Club Soda

  • Ice

  • Gin or Vodka (optional)

In the bottom of a small pitcher, muddle the strawberries and mint. Add the coconut water and mix well. Fill 2 glass with ice, and divide the strawberry/mint/coconut water between the two. Top with club soda and garnish with a strawberry.

*If using alcohol, add to glasses with ice before added strawberry/mint/coconut water.
