Easy Cobb Salad

I actually put this salad together in steps over a couple of days-- anytime I could get my toddler to sit still for 5 minutes I'd chop tomatoes, or shred some chicken. You could do it this way......but I bet if you prepped this all at once, it would take you less than 30 minutes! Easy.


Cobb Salad

(I didn't include how much of each ingredient, because it's really up to you! This is kind of a throw together salad)



Chop the lettuce and create a bed on your plate. Add all the toppings!! Be sure to separate each ingredient on the plate if you are taking photos for Instagram :) Drizzle with the Ranch, then mix it all up so it's totally no longer Instagram worthy, and devour!

And go buy this dressing, it's so good (so far all the flavors I've tried have been great, as well as their mayo!)


  • Iceberg, butter or romaine lettuce (or a combination!)
  • Shredded chicken (from a leftover rotisserie chicken, if you want!)
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Sliced avocado
  • Raw milk blue cheese (from Whole Foods)
