Homemade Salad Dressing

Such a simple recipe! Experiment with different oils, vinegars and spices. This will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.

The Salad Dressing Template is 1:3:5

  • 1 part dijon mustard

  • 3 parts vinegar of your choice

  • 5 parts oil of your choice

Put it all in a jar, add salt + pepper and give it a good shake! My measurements are tablespoons, and I usually use red wine vinegar, champagne vinegar, or apple cider vinegar. Olive oil is the easy go-to, but you could try walnut oil, avocado oil, etc.
