Fat Bomb Peanut Butter Fudge

Decadent and totally guilt-free!

@theochocolate 85% pure dark chocolate bars (I used 1 1/2 bars)
3 tbsp @kerrygoldusa unsalted butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup nut butter of your choice .
In a small sauce pan, warm the chocolate, butter and coconut oil until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and nut butter until smooth. Let cool a few moments. While cooling, grease a sheet of parchment paper and place inside an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish. Pour chocolate mixture into lined baking dish and refrigerate overnight. The next day you can simply pull the parchment paper out of the baking dish and break apart the chocolate! Be sure to keep it all in the fridge, cause this stuff will melt fast! .
